The West Side Partnership (WSP) is a non-profit, full-service place management organization that manages West Side Avenue from Broadway to Stegman Parkway. The West Side Partnership is the non-profit organization responsible for strengthening and promoting our vibrant West Side Avenue business community. Funding comes from an additional property assessment and allows the Board to develop and implement programs that support the vitality of our unique neighborhood community.
Who We Are
The West Side Avenue Special Improvement District strengthens and promotes the vibrant West Side Avenue business community. Our services include landscaping and beautification, outdoor decor, sanitation, supplemental policing and business support. We oversee seasonal planting installations, outdoor and holiday decor to beautify the district.
Most recently the West Side Partnership implemented the WSA Façade Improvement Grant program providing up to 75% of project funding to property and business owners for façade and signage improvements. The façade program is one of many poised to strengthen economic development along West Side Avenue.
